We are excited to bring you a short step by step “Hook and Cook” documentary video. A FRESH COOKED CATCH FOR LUNCH OR DINNER!!
When an angler catches a fish that is within the rules and regulations to possess it, we immediately transfer the fish from the open salt water of Tampa Bay into our fish box cooler. Our “Fish Box” is made up of a combination of ice and salt water, creating a “natural slush” that preserves the quality of the fish as it makes its way back to our cleaning table.

Once on the cleaning table we have a very precise fish cleaning process giving special attention to our filleting technique in such a way that there is no blood on our cleaning tables. Our experience, and for the quality in taste and a superior level of hygiene, when there is no blood there is no bacteria or flies buzzing around during the process! Our cleaning stations are immaculate, and scrubbed crystal clean after each use for the next incoming fresh catch. After we have cleaned your catch, we will bag them up in a zip lock bag for you to take home or set up a “Hook & Cook” with one of our many select partner eateries. We also offer our clients some ice for transport, we do all this at NO extra charge to you!
Also, a very important service that we offer differently than most of the other private fishing charter companies is a 1st Mate! This position is filled to be of service to our captain but most importantly to our clients! We feel this component of our business changes the entire experience of your fishing charter by bringing you the highest level of attention, service and satisfaction. Again, at NO extra charge to you!
Our charter rates located on our website https://tampafishingcharters.com/rates/ are flat fees and there are no extra charges for parking, live bait, fish cleaning services, ice, etc. – EVERYTHING is included except your food and beverages. This means when you book a fishing charter with us it is a turnkey process. All you need is to show up excited with anticipation and with whatever you would like to eat and drink and let us take care of the rest!
