Captain Oliver put together a spectacular dish today, simple, easy and tasty! Start by sprinkling your fillets of Redfish with Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning. Place your fillets on a hot skillet with real butter, blacken the fish on high for 3 minutes on each side and…Tada! We also added two nice sides to cover all the food groups, one of which was Spanish rice and cut tiger shrimp.The other was a simple broccoli and cauliflower spring mix because every good sailor needs his veggies! Put this simple but delicious meal together in no time and it’s sure to impress even the best clients and fisherman!
